Birth Doula

"Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers ~ strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength"

Barbara Katz Rothman

A birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. My role is to support you and your partner as you navigate one of life's most powerful and transformative moments.

As your doula, I help create a calm and supportive birth environment while offering comfort techniques such a breathing guidance, position changes, counter-pressure, and encouragement throughout labor. I am there to help you feel informed, confident, and supported in the choices you make for your birth.

While I do not provide medical care, I work alongside your medical team to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your birth expierence.

Every birth is unique, and my goal is to walk beside you with steady support so you can focus on welcoming your baby into the world.

Support. Strength. Sacred Moments.
